Ordered a new bugaboo duo pram with Harvey from Jolly Tots Evesham. Couldn’t fault his knowledge or the service, we needed the pram quickly and he did everything he could to get it fast tracked for us.

I have ordered a few times from Jolly Tots, I order through their Facebook page and they have always been so responsive. Delivery is always next day, so quick! Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a car seat for my grandson. Arrived within 4/5 days . Car seat is in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

Highly impressed with Jolly Tots - I ordered a Joie Wish baby bouncer. Jolly Tots gave the best price I could find plus a 10% off code. I placed the order and the bouncer arrived the next day. Faultless service. I checking in with them about registering the chair and got a prompt email back saying not to worry as they would deal with any issues if they arose within two years.

Having come across a Pram/carrycot/car seat bundle online, I actually called the wrong store location at Jolly Tots Birmingham and spoke with Demi-Leigh initially. Demi-Leigh was incredible, said not to worry, I will call the Eversham branch right now and can even arrange for a video for you before you make the long journey. Despite it being a busy Saturday, she followed up true to her word in just 5 minutes! I then called the correct branch in Eversham where I came across both Tom and Mazie who were equally as patient, knowledgeable and truly amazing! Tom & Mazie, like Demi-Leigh, went above and beyond to re-assure me and after my experience with all 3, I decided to purchase online having before been adamant that I will only buy anything baby related if I can view in person! That should speak volumes in itself as to how good the customer service received was and the trust built from just 5-10 minutes of conversation!

Im not typically a reviewer but the Jolly Tots team deserve recognition!

Bought this for my grandson, he is so settled in it and looks so comfy. Couldnt believe how fast delivery was. I had seen the chair on Tiktok live, couldnt remember the discount code but when i asked, i got a response almost imediately with said code and the chair arrived the next day. Will definitely use Jolly Tots in the future.x

Can’t fault Jolly Tots- found them via tik tok originally. Looked here and so many great reviews, and i see why. The team were in contact via Social media (shout out to Rachel!) and i ordered at 3pm and by 12pm next day it had arrived. They gave me the best possible price and various options. Much better than other pram shop i have spoken to who take weeks to reply! 10/10 service!

Jolly Tots are an excellent company to deal with. Their customer service is fast and efficient. My item was delivered to the Scottish Highlands less than 48 hours after I’d placed my order. It’s so refreshing to deal with real people in this day and age! An absolute pleasure to shop with them and we will most certainly be returning customers.

I cannot tell you how helpful and informative Tom was. It was really refreshing to go somewhere and someone know what they are talking about. Not just this but what a lovely , personable person he was too. Not pushy in the slightest but his true knowledge sold it. 100% a store to visit. With the likes of MotherCare no longer being a thing JollyTots 100% are filling their position. Well worth the 2 hour car journey for us and have recommended to many others already!! May I also add the prices are incredible, Thankyou so much for a wonderful experience!

They’re brilliant at jolly tots. Really good variety at unbeatable prices. I looked everywhere and didn’t find a good match to them. We bought form them and the nuna set arrived the next day. We were so happy with it. All brand new packaged in its original boxes. The staff are very helpful if u have any questions. The delivery was tracked and no damage to packaging also. They’re realisable and good prices. Price matters a lot and I think that’s the best thing about them….. they have great prices.
