Bought my 12 yo daughter who is a competitive swimmer a jolyn at a swim meet. After one wear, it is pilling on the front and back. The lining isn’t thick so there’s no modesty at all. Her chest, which is small, is fully visible when the suit is wet. Swimsuits of other brands are not like this. I won’t ever buy a jolyn again, horrible quality.
Slow shipping with no tracking, then charged both ways to return it.
Swimsuits are probably fine, but ordering from them is terrible. My daughter needed a new suit for her lifeguard job. We ordered is almost 2 weeks before she needed it. Shipping was over $12 and it didn't arrive on time. Asked for a refund and was charged over $5 to return it to them. Out $17 because their shipping is terrible. Never again.
I love Jolyn!
I love all of there swimsuits and have been consistently happy with all of the things that I have purchased. Their suits fit great and are super cute! I love the wide variety of colors and patterns and the different styles. Thanks Jolyn!!

Customer service is non-existent. I've reached out 3 times asking about a price adjustment and no one has responded. I've also been waiting 3 weeks for a return to be processed. I love the swimsuit but it's too risky to ever order something online from this company every again.

Moonlight (medium) was tiny. Ordered larger sizes for Ally, and they were true to size. Now I have to pay return shipping, along with the original shipping. Out $14 with absolutely nothing to show for it.

Like everyone said, the customer service is terrible.
Terrible experiences all around. First they lost my package, and refused to refund me for the expedited shipping costs. I then reordered using store credit, but the sizes didn't work out, and returned them via USPS. It's been a month since I shipped the items back, and I haven't received any updates on my store credit refund despite following up twice. They say they'll get back to you in 1-2 business days, which is obviously not true.

Attempted to buy a swimsuit for my granddaughter as a gift Christmas 2022. The shipping company uses DHS which uses the USPS for the actual home delivery. Long story short the USPS admits to misdirecting the package to the wrong address and now can't get the package back. The USPS sent us back to DHS to start the claim. DHS says the shipper has to initiate the claim. The shipper, JOLYN isn't willing to start the claim and is issuing a store credit. The final reply from someone named Mae sent me this missive, "We apologize for any inconvenience. Sadly, shipping incidents like this do happen from time to time but are definitely not a regular occurrence. Once a package has been shipped out from the warehouse and has been generated a tracking number, it is in the courier's hands. Although we don't have control over the whereabouts of the package once it has been shipped, we will always do our best to help and remedy the situation as best we can. As mentioned on our website, "lost orders will only be issued store credit". IN OTHER WORDS THEY DON'T DO CLAIMS!!!!
Horrible Customer Service -Waiting on Refund For over 2 Months
Jolyn has terrible customer service!! My daughter and I processed two separate returns back in October and still have not received our refunds two months later! I have sent several emails with no resolution. Very hard to find a phone number, finally did and left a voicemail with no return call! My daughters love their suits, but we will not be ordering from them again! This is not acceptable service. Buyer beware!

Ok, I am really disappointed to write this because I was very excited to get a Jolyn. I ordered the "Perry" size 30 and one other one I don't remember. The Perry fit so i kept, but like others when I tried to return the other one, I never got a refund. After about two weeks wearing the one I kept, I noticed it was pilling on the but and up the front. I had not been doing anything besides swimming in it and that shouldn't cause the suit to stretch and stuff so quickly. At that point, I had already irdered another one of the same style and it also fit. I noticed the same thing within about 2 weeks. It was pilling and stretching and generally falling apart. I am really sad because I thought Jolyns were supposed to be "good quality. I complained and did not get a response for a long time. When I did, Jolyn stalled as long as possible and tried to ignore the fact that my suits were coming apart. Finally, they let me have a credit, but I couldn't just return the suit or get my money back. With the credit, I got another suit in the same size of the same style, and it just looked bad quality when it arrived. The stitching was uneven and the suit was already stretched out. I am just super upset because I was generally excited to get my suits and they all are not good suits. I don't know if they have changed their style or something, but please stop raving about Jolyn. It's not actually a good brand and it is way overrated. Sorry but it's true.

Worst Customer Service Experience I Have Ever Experienced
Horrible customer service. Used to love their suits but not worth the return process. Returned a suit back in August and still have not received my refund for it even though I have sent multiple emails and they have tried to tell me it has already been issued. They told me to contact my bank about it and when I did my bank had received nothing on their end either. Customer service is terrible at responding to emails. Will not be ordering again.
Also... Waiting for a reimbursement
Waiting for a reimbursement from a return I sent back in August. I have emailed them once a week for the past 3 months (over 10 times) and have gotten a couple replies at first and then nothing in weeks. And nothing has gotten me any closer to getting refunded.
Extremely frustrated with this company and this horrible customer service.
Jolyn has been responding to these posts promising to help with reimbursement but that is also a scam. No one has actually reached out or gotten me any closer to getting my money back.

I've returned my order to Jolyn back in August. Now it's been 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund, I contacted the support multiple times - no help at all. It's so frustrating, and I'd never order from Jolyn ever again.
I see that people experience the same issue and filing a complaint at Better Business Bureau and report a Fraud at Report Fraud ftc, that's what I am going to do now.

Unresponsive customer service and no refund for order return
I ordered some swimsuits from Jolyn in July. After returning some of the products, I did not receive a full refund. In contacting customer service to inquire on my order return, I initially got responses that they would look into my issue.
However, after months of back and forth, customer service eventually stopped replying to my emails, and I never received the total refund or even an explanation.

No refund and items were returned months ago!
I have been waiting on my refunds from two different orders for over 2 months now, and STILL, no sign that the refund has been made even though my USPS tracking states that both orders made it to the warehouse. I have been told by a rep that “We are very sorry for the delay in refunding you for your return order. This has been the result of a system glitch. We are currently investigating the issues and hope to process your refund as soon as possible. Once it is, you will receive a follow-up email with your refund details."
The glitch has been lasting for how long now?! And still no signs of my refund. It's been around 6 weeks and nothing!! Do not recommend buying from Jolyn, a complete scam of a company. Should have known better and looked at Trustpilot before purchasing I would not have bought from Jolyn in the first place. Seeing all of these reviews, with so many people having the same issue as myself happening again and again...red flag.
If there was an option to give zero stars I would.

Unfortunate returns issues - 6 weeks later no news
I ordered August 5th, and received my order in a timely fashion. I returned what didn't fit promptly, and my return was received August 22nd per tracking information. Since not receiving any news on the return I have been emailing every couple of weeks but there is no news about whether the return/refund will be processed. It has now been 6 weeks with no idea about what is going on. Although the items themselves were good, I can't order from an online company that I can't trust to process returns in a timely fashion.
