Speaking with Amelia Dell throughout the becoming a landlord progress really put my mind at ease being a first time landlord! Amelia got back to me so quickly if and when I needed to contact her!

Our experience with Jones Robinson has been fantastic. The agents we have used - in particular, Toyah from the Lambourne office - has been exemplary. Toyah is so knowledgeable about the properties she shows, and she is so obviously passionate about what she does, it made the whole experience of searching for a house really enjoyable. Although we didn't end up buying through Jones Robinson, I would have no concerns about engaging them them in the future. Great company!

Jo Schedler provided a superb personal experience when selling my property Clearly demonstrating her experience with super effective placement in the market and was always on hand for a reassuring call. Likewise Paul Evans went above and beyond to ensure a smooth on target completion was achieved. I found all staff I spoke with to be polite across the company which is most impressive.

Leah is very easy to talk to, she has a good understanding of our requirements and has found two properties that nearly cover our needs. Unfortunately so far we haven’t found exactly what we want, but the agency can only show us what they have at the moment.

Seb has been amazing, he has been nothing but supportive throughout my whole property searches. His communication has been amazing, he has been so polite, kind and supportive. He has kept me in the loop with everything, sent me properties when they first come out. Checking in the next day after viewing a property for thoughts and feedback. If I’m honest, he has been the best estate agent I’ve worked with, trust me I’m signed up to all the didcot ones!

Jo and Paul were fantastic from the very beginning from expressing my initial interest in a viewing, through making the offer and managing the progression, all the way to completion. They were incredible throughout the entire process.
