Awful
Awful , ordered some skirting, came absolutely nothing like marketing photos , useless item , inadequate, overcharged he hugely on postage , then wouldn't accept return , made me pay for return postage, then made up a load of lies about it being twisted & used... which it was NOT ! sent a picture of something we didnt have , looked completely different like some rubbish been kicking around their warehouse floor for years , shocked at the lengths people go to , to not refund £42 ...appalling! Don't use this company

To address your points:
The 'sit on skirting' you received is exactly the same type as in the photos. - There is only one type of this product which has been on the market 20+ years and we've sold masses of it with no issues. Yes its PVC and flexible - sorry if you didnt understand this - did you read the description?
Our postage costs are calculated on the website and clearly shown before you pay so no idea why you are now claiming you've been overcharged?
Unfortunately the skirting you returned was damaged (per photos we sent you) and therefore not in a re-sellable condition - as you've said yourself they look like they've been 'kicking around for years'. They've obviously been lying around on your building site and have been damaged in the process - I'd suggest you speak to your builders / whoever packed them back up - stuffing them into a box certainly didnt help.
Of course we have no issues accepting returns - it's a legal requirement per consumer rights act. Another of your claims is that we 'wouldnt accept return' - we've accepted yours!
I'm sorry but yes, for a refund, the goods needed to be returned in original condition. Also if the goods are returned because they were unwanted / unused then you would need to cover the return postage costs. This is all pretty standard stuff and clearly shown on the returns page on our site.
We try to be as accommodating as possible with returns and whilst in the past weve cleaned plaster dust etc off returned skirtings yours were in such a bad state theres nothing we can do with them. Your claims that we've staged the photos of your skirting to make them look bad and save us issuing a £42 refund is frankly just as bizarre as the rest of your review.

The best company I have ever dealt…
The best company I have ever dealt with. Received delivery perfectly on time. Had floor installed after few days and only then realised one one stip was missing. Emailed the company the following day and Damien promptly replied an sent the missing bit the very next day. Every one makes mistakes the difference is how deal with it and this company fixed it straight away.

Company helpful on the phone re info & flooring but delivery not good, although you have a tracking number there is no way to track it, no contact for delivery company, was supposed arrive next day but took 4 days to arrive, colour a lot lighter than picture online so maybe best to ask for a sample first.

Hi, So sorry there was a delay with the carrier. You can track your delivery, you just need to enter the tracking number and your postcode on their website. Our standard delivery terms are 2-4 working days which allows for occasional delays in transit. As in your case we sent your item the very same day so its frustrating there was a slight delay with the carrier.
Regarding colour / shades - as you suggest this is why we offer free samples, Exact shades can look different depending on the device you are using. We always use the manufacturers own photos to ensure as accurate image as possible.

Hi Paul, Your tracking detail were emailed to you on 8/4/25 which is when your flooring left us. Sorry to hear it has not arrived yet. If you had contacted us we'd have been able to log this with the carrier's customer service which is what I've just done now. Part of the delay will be due to your Scottish Highlands address but it should have got there by now. Will update you as soon as we get a response.
