Came on time

We are changing our bathroom into a shower room as I have MS and struggle to get into the bath. We managed to find everything we needed until it came to the flooring.
We asked a few vinyl flooring suppliers for samples of vinyl flooring we liked the look of (had to be non-slip!). Most of them sent them straight away – except JR Flooring Direct. Instead, we got an email from Damien asking for more details of the room etc. I’m so glad he did! Turns out we were asking for things that weren’t really suitable for a domestic setting. He pointed us in the right direction and we settled down to choose what colour etc. we wanted.
Then our fitter asked us if we could get something in a larger width than 2m so we wouldn’t have to have a join. The join would have been for a smallish amount but there isn't an obvious place to put it so he asked if we could get wider flooring. I emailed Damien asking if they could help as I couldn’t find anywhere that did what we were looking for.
Within 24hrs Damien came back to us with suggestions and asked if we’d like any samples. We chose three or four and they duly arrived within 2 days! We chose the one we liked best and asked Damien how we could place an order. He did it all for us and sent us an invoice and a payment link. We checked the order and paid it last Thursday evening, just before 5pm.
We were delighted (and a little surprised) when the flooring was delivered this morning just before 8am! It looks great and I’m sure when the shower room is finished the floor will be the star of the show (well, one of them anyway!).
That’s what I call great customer service! Just a few questions and it saved us getting unsuitable flooring! I will certainly recommend JR Flooring Direct to any of my friends is they need flooring.

Excellent customer service. Ordered just before going away and they were able to hold onto delivery until I got back. Flooring arrived as expected in good condition.Not yet laid but looks good. Price was very competitive with other stores.

Ordered and paid for goods on 13th May, and was promised next day delivery. Now 24th May and still no flooring despite several contacts with the company and broken promises about escalating the issue to management. It seems its everyone's fault except JR Flooring. Have requested the contact details of their CEO but they have not been supplied. I've now had to pay the flooring contractor off because he's reserved two days to do the work neither of which he's been able to because the flooring wasn't available.

Used theses guys a few weeks back, really brilliant service spoke to a guy called Damian who really helped me out as I hadn’t ordered enough (I only needed 1m x 1m for a cupboard) not only that but usually the minimal roll is 4, he not only let me ordered the amount needed but got it shipped out next day delivery in time for the bank holiday weekend, absolute star! Thankyou very much! Would highly recommend!

the product they sell is very good, and the shipping is fast. But it is the third order that we make and the driver when it arrives does not want to download it. It is incredible, one of the times I was alone with my babies and he wanted me to assist him and leave my children alone.
Review: it's completely unfair just 3 star because they courier is bad but I think you are responsible for the proper delivery as well
