Fast response, efficiency

I contacted JRV after they were recommended for a home buyers survey and I was not disappointed. The online quote system is really easy to use, open and transparent so you know exactly what you're paying with no hidden fees.

Tom got back to me the same day with further information around availability. His approach was excellent, informative but no pressure or obligation to use them.

I went ahead and booked a level 2 survey which was completed the same week. The report came later that day with supporting photos. The report is comprehensive yet easy to understand covering evert aspect of the home which has enabled me to determine next course of action and get quotes before committing to the purchase.

Ultimate professional, reliable and certainly highly recommended. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Excellent service from Tom Jarvis, handled booking the survey for me within hours of getting in touch. Survey was thorough and the report was sent to me the same day, with detailed explanations and extensive photographs. Price was excellent, competitive with many of the nationwide surveying companies but the service is leagues above. Will definitely be using JRV in the future!

Got in touch the morning after requested for a Level 2 survey on a house and were very quick in responding, organising access with the estate agent, and carrying out the survey.

Received my report on the Friday afternoon (after only being in contact since Tuesday) which was incredibly thorough and easy to read. They also took 400 high-definition pictures to highlight things to look out for and general condition of items within the house.

Any follow-up questions were swiftly answered and, again, very thorough. I would wholeheartedly recommend JRV Surveys.
