Exceptional service from JRV Surveys. I was saved from a potential costly situation recently but thanks to Tom and his experienced team and their expertise I opted out of the purchase. Thankfully I found another property fairly quickly and used their services again. Luckily this time round there was much less of a problem with the house and I am goi b through with it. The reports are sent through to you within 24 hours and there are many photographs which highlight any issue with the property that go hand in hand with a very comprehensive report. The company replied to my enquiry promptly. After the site visit, within 3 days, they released the 50 pages report and more than 300+ photo which reviewed the condition of the house that I want to buy. They gave recommendations of how the house should be improved. Although I did not buy the house, I appreciate the company's professional advice. I will use this company when I have intention to buy another house. Thanks to Tom!

We ended up using JRV Surveys twice for our RICS Level 2 surveys as we withdrew from our first property sale and being pleased with Tom's service the first time, we instructed him again. Both times the survey was completed in less than a week from instruction and the report was received the very next day complete with hundreds of photos.
