Excellent
My order came quickly, but with one item incorrect. I emailed, received a rapid reply, and not only was the correct item sent the next day, but they also sent a bar of chocolate and allowed me to keep the incorrect item, to give to someone else, as I couldn't eat it!
Couldn't have demonstrated the company's concern over their customers better!

THe fact that I can order Kilombero rice for delivery to the St Andrews University campus larder and be confident that True Origin will fulfi the order.
One point of disappointment has been the non-reciept of the invoice that I requested to be sent tome on the first occasion that I placed and order. That was in 2024.
