I have ordered kfc through a credit card nor the order was delivered neither the payment was refunded I mailed them several times they said we’ll be careful in future but they haven’t returned they payment.Money steelers they are!

I contacted support 4 times their agent…

I contacted support 4 times their agent ended chats, they are just fraud they wont help you , they will send you wrong order or no order at all when you ask them for helpline number they dont have a helpline they are a known company and they dont have helpline number doesnt this sounds fishy? even if you ask them to provide helpline number they wont give you because they are fraud! and they will will just send you scripted excuse messages and end chat!

I actually like this service

I actually like this service. First time I ordered, tgey were on time, delivery person was polite and know the place immediately. I just wish they have more restaurant choices and their online ordering system to be more updated. I prefer their service that the other one operating in the country.

Unbelievably bad service received!

The delivery man does not care about anything you write on the note. Meanwhile their customer service is too busy dealing with their dogs not having a drink yesterday morning than a serious issue you had, endangering life and safety concerns with the delivery man!

Hate to say this, but if you are paying for a platform fee to foodpanda, then I’d say that was all for nothing, because they are not going to do anything when you are in trouble. I mean seriously?

Horrible service provider

Horrible service provider. So many times order food and get wrong order or missing items. I've given up using their service!

Their only solutions to the problem is to refund you! What is the point of my ordering food and not getting them? Refund is not going to help me.

Will never use them again.

Panda pro is a scam

Panda pro is a scam ?
They advertise that you can get addition 5% for pick up. May be for the first 3 to 4 times you got it, thereafter no more additional 5%. Made a complain to them, they replied that it only apply to some store only, not all store offer additional 5%. The funny thing is I order from the same store. You tell me is it a scam !

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could, since foodpanda seems to be a predatory service. I live in a country where foodpanda *does not operate. Someone is accidentally/fraudulently using my email. I contacted support to request they *remove my email from their records. Their first response was to ask for my full name, salutation and contact phone number. Um, No. Their second response:

“We completely understand your frustration and request you to accept our wholehearted apology for such inconvenience.
We are sorry to inform you that, as per protocols, we are not being able to comply with your deletion request of the account.
Apologies again for not being able to help you with this.”

Food never arrived, customer service is super bad!

We ordered and the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. This time permanently extended. 2 hours later, we wrote the customer service.
The answer we received was “I cancelled your delivery for you.”
It was 9:30 and I went hungry to bed.
This was the first time I ordered here and definitely the last time.
Let’s see when I get the money back.

Absolutely terrible never order. Had 7 restaurants say 30 minutes, then 45, then 70, then cancelled. This website is a joke. Never ever order. My 10 years old son had to have Maggie twice because they are so useless

Exploiting People During An Economic Mess

Ever since Netpincer became food panda - the company has been absolute garbage.

Every order I've made with food panda has been 2+ hours late and cold, missing items - or both! In some cases, the order was marked delivered but never arrived. And getting any form of resolution for either of these issues is absolutely impossible. The number to call for support rings endlessly with no answer, and will occasionally result in a call back the next day to which the person calling is generally from the restaurant directly and has almost no resolution for the issue.

Only recently did they add a support chat option, but its only valid for active orders and a limited time period after the order is marked as delivered. In a lot of cases, the delivery driver won't mark the order as delivered until a very long time after it was delivered.

My most recent experience with this support chat was being told I would be given a credit for the items that were missing. Once I accepted this, they closed out the chat and it entirely disappeared. There is zero way to contact support about this supposed credit - which, by the way, was never actually given.

This company is an absolute joke - and you have to be completely stupid to order from them given the high amount of bad ratings and non-stop complaints being flooded on to their facebook page which they do their best to try and hide.

Avoid using this service at all costs. And if you don't, then don't complain when you get ripped off despite the horrific rating they hold on every rating platform.

If I could give 0 start I would

If I could give 0 start I would. One item was unavailable from my order & I asked the refund to be a form of voucher instead of it being credited in my account. 3 virtual assistant later no one can fix the problem & said it’ll still go in my bank account. I don’t need 8$ to back in my bank account. I just need it to be credited in the food panda account so that I can reorder again at that exact time to a different shop. So frustrating!

Bad experience on foodpanda. Keep delaying my order and I ordered on 8.34pm, already 1 hour still nobody picked up the order. So i go help center to request cancel my order, they promised me my order will arrive on 9.50pm, but after that another foodpanda team told me estimate delivery time is 10pm+..what's the service like this
