Warning: Potential Scam / Fraudulent Practices

Avoid this site. Do not enter your credit card information!!!
I was charged €2 without clear consent and later they attempted to charge my card €8.99 without my approval. The website claimed I had subscribed to a "membership" and agreed to top-up fees, even though I never made a purchase or knowingly signed up for a subscription. Their communication is vague and evasive and they refuse to issue a refund or fully delete my data. This seems like a classic bait-and-switch tactic ; offering fake discounts or a "gift card" just to collect card details and initiate unauthorized recurring charges.

Update:
After much back and forth, I received multiple messages claiming my account was canceled and a refund had been “initiated.” Weeks later , as of May 29, 2025 ,I still have not received the refund.
No supporting documentation was ever provided showing when or how I consented to these charges. Instead, I was asked to remove my negative review in exchange for a refund ,which I find both unethical and manipulative.
This has been a deeply frustrating and time-wasting experience. I do not recommend providing them with your payment details. I will be pursuing this further through my bank and relevant consumer protection agencies.

PHISHING WEBSITE…

Some weeks ago I went to look on the website. It was marked as a PHISHING website by my internet security provider. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
