Easy to use

Easy to use. I was able to set up a single trip policy fairly quickly despite having a couple of medical conditions to declare.

Always very helpful and efficient

Always very helpful and efficient. Everything explained. I have used them for some years now and their quotes are very competitive. Unfortunately I also had to make a claim a few years ago, there were no problems at all.

The broker was excellent

The broker that delt with getting the right insurance for us was, very professional and friendly. She was knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process.

Fabulous price and excellent cover

When I called was worried about the cost as I had a quote nearly died £100 plus, so rang just travel and got a quote it’s was fantastic price even upped it to the gold. Fantastic price with just having surgery and surgery due shortly again. The lady I spoke too was brilliant too.
Definitely will use again 👍🏻

Gave the number to family and friends to get a quote.

Great customer service

Great customer service. The agents were incredibly patient with me after several phone calls making changes to the quote and also with the policy etc. Although I had to be put on hold a few times for a considerable amount of time while advice was given by managers, in the end everything was sorted.

Use Just Travel - they are GOOD.

They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.
