Great price would recommed this company to anyone looking for travel insurance etc.

Easy to use and not too expensive.. obviously until a claim is made (which I hope will not happen) cannot give complete judgement

I chose this holiday insurance because I was recommend. When I enquired about a quote I found them very friendly and helpful they covered everything I needed for a annual cover as my partner has had health problems I also found them very reasonable prices wise.

Tried online was directed to speak to customer service so I rang, the young lady sorted the policy out for us but just felt like it was all too much of a chore for the lady her tone was quite matter of fact and it felt like we were a burden. All the relevant info has arrived by e mail / login so just put it down to a one off.

Quick and easy and reasonable price for underling medical conditions and cruise cover

This is the second time I have used 'Just Travel Cover.' Thankfully, l haven't had to claim yet and hopefully never will. But, here's the point - I have previously spent untold hours scouring the website, looking for Travel insurance, before I stumbled upon Just Travel. The website is very user friendly, extremely affordable and comprehensive. I haven't had to contact them this time around. But, when I flew to Finland a while back, I did have one nagging little issue. I needn't have worried. A quick call to the customer service department and a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young lady sorted the problem out in seconds. I actually feel I'll never waste time seaching the Web again. Try Just Travel, you won't be disappointed

Just had a great experience booking travel insurance for my daughter with so many medical diagnoses. Thought It would be a long difficult call. Spoke to Abby. She was incredibly helpful, listening. She made it so simple and quick with an amazing quote. Thank you Abby for being so reassuring .

⭐ 1 Star – Left Uninsured Abroad After Misleading Renewal Advice and No Follow-Up Reference: RQ-WF6ZCXG

We were long-standing annual policyholders with Just Travel and sought to renew our policy before it expired on 6 May. On 10 April, I contacted their team to clarify whether we needed to renew before travelling to Dubai on 16 April. We were assured it was fine to renew any time before 6 May, and our cover would continue seamlessly.

Relying on this advice, we travelled. I attempted to renew mid-trip around 27 April and was asked to update our medical details. I disclosed my wife’s newly diagnosed arthritis. The call was terminated partway through – no follow-up call or email was received. When I contacted them again on 28 April, I was told the updated medical information meant they would not renew our policy and that it had to be treated as a new application, leaving us effectively uninsured while abroad.

We were never warned that medical updates might prevent renewal, nor were we sent any written confirmation, explanation, or alternative options – all of which fall below any standard of fair service, especially for a regulated firm. We have now submitted a formal complaint, citing breaches of the FCA’s Consumer Duty and ICOBS signposting rules. This experience has caused unnecessary distress and completely undermines the purpose of buying travel insurance – peace of mind when overseas.

Absolutely unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

Always use just travel, great insurance provider, never had any issue, although never had to make a claim.

The travel insurance was very straightforward to arrange online. The price was very competitive even with existing medical conditions. I haven't had any need to contact them so can't comment on customer service.

Have used Just Travel Insurance many times in the past for our travel insurance as we have a number of medical conditions. It's easy to navigate the website and get quotes.

I did have to wait a while before the phone was answered but when it was, it was straightforward and within less than 30 minutes I was able to take out my travel insurance. I specially pleased because I am over 75 and I thought the whole process was fairly easy.

Absolutely ridicolous service... Made a claim for a pair of lost Airpods. All evidence was sent through two months ago. I have called the helpline four times. No one is able to give me an update on the case or an average estimated waiting time. All they ever say is "they'll chase" the person in charge. One person even said the problem might have been that she couldn't click on the link to see a price comparison for replacement, and I had to explain she could copy and paste it into a new tab. There has been no follow-up whatsoever. I've just hung up on yet another call. It's at least a reassurance that I'm claiming a relatively small loss, because if that had been something of more value or an emergency, I have no faith this company would have backed me up. A very frustrating experience.

It was very easy to set up the insurance that we required for an upcoming holiday

I have used Just Travel for a few years now , always find them very competitive especially with the added Smart Luggage on selected products . Never had any issues and really easy to use and set up .
