Karen is always at the end of the phone for any support since training. My products always arrive really quickly and I've seen brilliant results for my clients

I have had the pleasure of training in volume lashes with Karen at ahfrancis and the whole experience was amazing. I felt so confident when I left and couldn’t wait to get back to work and start lashing. I finally after a few years decided to go solo and work for myself and I was in contact with Karen about brow lamination and wanted to know how I could get trained and possibly buy a kit. Karen went above and beyond and phoned me immediately and we chatted for ages about brows and beauty treatments. Straight away I knew I was in good hands. I brought my first brow lamination kit and I absolutely loved it and the help was always just a phone call or txt away. If anyone is thinking of buying products or needing advice we’ll look no further as Karen has a huge knowledge and experience and will make you feel so at ease.

I did my original training with AH Francis years and years ago. It was one of the best things I have ever done. Since then I have always used the AH Francis products, especially the lash adhesives and removers, I only like to use trusted brands on clients. I would only recommend AH Francis for lashes and will continue use the products on my clients.

I was unsure what products to buy and needed some advice as I was having issues with lash retention. I was very impressed with the fact they gave me plenty of time to explain and they were very helpful in explaining what they do and their products. I ordered and paid and the package was with me by the following day. One of the products was lash glue and so far I’m thrilled with the durability of the product. I will definitely be ordering again!

I love working with AH Francis. The products are amazing and the staff are always so supportive and helpful. I'm always impressed with there fast delivery and new product releases. The premade fans are stunning, I have achieved some amazing sets of lashes and my clients are always very happy with the results. Absolutely love Karen and she does the most amazing job on my lashes, they always look so natural! The lashes are so light you can’t feel they are there, I love them! Always get compliments on them. I also get my eyebrows shaped by Karen to complete the super ‘ready to go’ look and they always looks amazing. Highly recommend!
