I had my Lash Training today with Karen at AH Francis, she was very professional very Patient. I had a great experience from start to finish even calling the office to Discuss training options.
Lovely products, I can’t wait to build my lash Business and I know AH Francis will be there to support me long after my training day.

New cluster lashes keep falling apart…
Great customer service, had a problem with some of the lashes, but very quick to sort the problem and send us some new ones out.
Would highly recommend!

Hi darling thankyou so much for getting in touch ref the faulty pack of Pre-Made volume fan lashes. It was so good to talk to you yesterday to sort this issue out! Sometimes this can happen in production not often thank goodness!!! But we do need your feedback to tell us when something isn't quite up to our usual high quality standards!!! I have popped a couple of packs in the post FOC & once again so sorry for any stress and inconvenience this has caused you xx

Karen is fabulous
Karen is fabulous! I have my lashes lifted and tinted and brow lamination using AHFrancis products. They both look great for weeks! It just makes life easier just to be able to get out of bed in the mornings and not worry about make up. Highly recommend.
