I quite appreciate the customer care and diligence of Kilt Experts. My initial order of a Fraser Tartan Vest was lost in transit. Kilt Experts informed me of this, and used all due diligence to make a new vest and ensure that it arrived BEFORE the expected delivery date. The craftsmanship is excellent. I will not look elsewhere to purchase another vest.

Phenomenal quality kilt. Zero issues with delivery. Very satisfied with my purchase. Would happily buy again.

I recently received my first purchase. I absolutely love my kilt. It fit perfectly and I received many compliments on it. I have since made two more purchases! You cannot go wrong with this company!

Kilt quality is laughable the buckles broke whilst putting the Kilt on for the first time on the morning of my sons wedding, customer service thinks their in first year law school (their not) pathetic response pathetic company AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!.
Jacket and waistcoat wear like school play costumes.
Belt, buckle, and pin belong in a Christmas cracker.
Ghillie shirt is scratchy and flimsy, abysmal quality.
Shoes so cheap even plastic would cringe.
Package feels like fancy-dress, not Highland dress.

Kiltexperts went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. Due to a change in tariffs the first package they sent was being held at customs way beyond the delivery date. With little options available they sent a second set via another means that arrived on time. Everything fit perfectly out of the box and our day went off without a hitch. Thank you for going the extra mile and always being responsive. Definitely my go to for any Kilt needs.

I was skeptical, as I'd been burned before by online kilt sites. Count me pleasantly surprised! The quality was outstanding for the price, and the service was prompt. I followed the measurement guidelines on the website (HINT: Kilts are NOT trousers), and both the kilts I ordered fit perfectly.
I will be ordering from Kilt Experts again in the future!

I was dubious at first when ordering but to my surprise a well manufactured kilt arrived well packaged. The fit is great and the quality of the material is relatively heavy weight. A great kilt for not a lot of money great value.I was also impressed by the speed it was despatched. I did pay for express delivery and that’s what I got. 4 days even though it had to go through customs was outstanding and took the worry away from not having a kilt for my daughters wedding this Saturday. I have already sent the link to a friend who is looking to buy a kilt. Well done kilt experts

I received my kilt promptly, well packaged. Initially I thought I had ordered the wrong size, but after investigating found the adjusting belts and put it on. So comfortable and smart. I have received numerous compliments. I have washed it and hung it on the line with pleats pegged to keep it's shape. Fully recommend this black leather casual kilt with multi colour inserts good customer service. Now ordered a traditional Stewart Tartan kilt.

My experience was the best I have had with any customer service in my life. I am nearly 50 and have worked in customer service all my life so those are big words.
They delivered the product in a timely fashion. They use DHL which made it seamless. The skirts were perfectly made and designed, as per the description given on their website and the measurements I provided. I made a mistake and they could have not been quicker, kinder and more efficient at righting MY wrongs. Good old fashioned customer service at its finest. Whichever way you slice it, I have found the only place I will be buying my kilts from now on and so should you if you want guaranteed satisfaction.

Kiltexperts make very good kilts in a variety of types/styles, they are responsive if you contact them and double check your measurements before making the kilt.
I have 2- a 5 yard traditional kilt in Black Stewart tartan, its lovely my only issue is that is left to right wrap which is a male style and counter intuitive for me.
I also have a woman's modern kilt- in Anderson tartan- it's a different style, fewer pleats, and a broad band crosses the waist and belly. It is lighter than the 5-yard. Both are very comfortable and I love the acrylic wool fabric, it washes very well.
As well as different styles, you can specify your measurements and the length of kilt that you want.
All in all, excellent service from KiltExperts, they deliver within their stated delivery window and produce a quality product

I bought the wedding set in blue which is my 2nd kilt purchase. I am short and overweight but the suit fitted perfectly. the quality is outstanding and the delivery was just around 2 weeks (i live in NZ). Well done and I wholeheartedly recommend Kilt experts to anyone.

Beautiful kilt made in my own Clans tartan, a perfect fit and a very well made item. Fast delivery to Australia and very well packaged. Very happy all round.

KiltExperts delivered above and beyond. They made the too good to be true a reality. I was looking everywhere for a larger (54 size) kilt made from quality material that could be delivered in a week or two time span. I was concerned since this would be a custom order and the company is in London and I'm on the US. But they exceeded expectations, having it made, shipped and delivered in less then 1 week with exelent material and the fit is perfect. The most comfortable any online order has been. Their customer service also replies promptly and is very kind and understanding. 100% would recommend, plus the pricing is exelent, especially for the high quality and service.

We loved this kilt! The fit was great....pay attention to the measuring instructions. It is NOT your pant size. Customer service was diligent and quality and value were really great. Will definitely be ordering again
