After some initial confusion with the order, I made contact and received excellent customer service. Delivery with DHL was quick with tracking messages from Hong Kong to my door.

From searching all over the internet as this being my first time buying a kilt and seeing I’m not home (originally from Scotland) I searched all over the web to purchase my kilt. When I found Kilt Experts the website was so easy to navigate, first green flag… when I found my Kilt. second green flag I thought ok I’ll order as I have found the kilt, the time for delivery was fast. Even though delayed by weather back in the UK. Upon receiving my Kilt, I ordered the wrong color. I told Kilt Experts and they said not to worry, how can we fix this I thought no way most companies would not care as much. That and if I order a replacement it would not arrive on time, nope it’s already on its way and will be here Monday. So on Thursday I will look the bell of the ball and do my heritage justice. Looking so handsome. In my new Kilt, Thank You Kilt Experts.

There were some initial problems regarding delivery, but Kilt Experts resolved them quickly and satisfactorily.

Nicely constructed kilt and the fit was spot on thanks to some extra help from the support folks at Kilt Experts. The hybrid kilt includes some extra pockets that were a nice surprise.

Well made, soft leather, proper sizing. Great. I hate the pockets but that's an easy fix. Remove and wear a sporran

I ordered 2 kilts from them. Both different types and sizes. The only thing i would not do is add an Inch like suggested. If your a 1/2 size i would go down.

The Kilt in question here feels great, looks great and fits great. My review is not so much about my new kilt as it is about Kiltexperts. The kilt I got was the size I ordered, actually there were two different kilts. Because of a health issue I had a sudden weight loss. These kilts were now far too big for my smaller frame. Through a series of emails, Kiltexperts stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond to take care of me. Their customer service and their kindness is exemplary. Thank you again Kiltexperts.
