HORRIBLE customer service. No answer with the online help which states "We Reply Immediately", such a joke. Also left numerous message and have yet to receive a call back. Do not purchase from these people. I am still waiting for my product which was ordered 3 weeks ago. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
STAY AWAY
On April 9, 2024, I ordered and paid $124.00 for a George Foreman grill from Klimdi. As of today, it has not yet shipped. I have submitted three (3) written requests to cancel the order but no one has responded. The links don't work. The chat doesn't respond. I've received NO response to my two (2) emails. Is this company even still in operation?
I had originally seen this light set at another store. Unfortunately it was out of stock with no option to order. As I continue to search for other vendors , I was led to Klimdi. Even with shipping the final price was still lower than what it would have been had I purchased it elsewhere.
I was notified when they were shipped and when they would be delivered. It was well packaged with no breakage.
These lights have now been installed in my new bathroom and were perfect for the space.
I Purchased, the vacuum, and when it came, I wasn't sure if it was a refurbished item or just an open box that might've been a return. It turned out it wasn't a new item. The box was damaged and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product when I called the company, they were more than gracious to apologize And they gave me a refund of $50 which was more than I could've even asked for because I was just calling to question whether the item was new or used. All in all the service was great and I was extremely pleased with my product that I bought I love the vacuum it works great and I have no regrets , they are truly a reputable company
