Have a cooshion which my first child still uses and just bought the sky bunk for my second child. Both great products. Thanks guys. Guy in the factory was a great help when I picked it up. Pumped it up and showed us how to use the seatbelt extender.

I have screenshot everything since it was apparent the customer service (which i later found out was the owner) started her responses soooo disgustingly - the very first response called me a liar - and yes i popped a message on EVERY ad that came up STILL offering a Gift that was no longer available- or at least it has said it wasnt when i ordered. As a repeat buyer (as i had enjoyed supporting this business and had only had one previous issue of another GIFT not being in my order - it was the twice in a row that made me feel jilted!) - funnily enough, the person responding didn't care to treat me as a valuable return shopper - instead was in attack mode from the beginning... i did NOTHING wrong - most of those 37 are responses to you calling me a liar, and then you called me racist- which is impossible against my own asian heritage. You either had a bad day and chose not to back down, or as people will read when they read the independent reviews - you very bad at customer service!?
Please stop - take some accountability- you have real issues - im clearly not the only person you have treated this way. All the good reviews on here are because she offered a deal if they wrote something in support of her bad treatment by what she called "the entitled impatient lot" - i waited a whole month and i was still happy to wait a few more days, yet she cancelled my order (apparently the day before it was due to arrive) does speak of her as the head of her business- she doesn't care about customers, and 100% wont look after you if you have a problem. She takes it as a personal attack if you highlight your confirmation says 4-6 days... I bought over a month before my flight, so how impatient could i really have been?
Also on both here and Product Review she has altered her replies to sound like she cares (i also have screenshots of her initial responses- to one guy saying his items got lostas in the mail and business doesn't care, she practically calls him a cheapskate for not having paid the $3(sic - as it's $3.50 and funnily enough i did pay it and am still not getting my order either) - and tells him it's not her problem Aus Post lost it... she's since (last 24hrs) changed all her responses to sound like she does care!? If you note ALL her positive reviews are since she made the deal to take $$ off - I hope she honours the offer**

The owner decided after my wait of almost a month (the delivery was supposed to be 4-6 business days - but she will say that I missed the notice that said one of my 5 items was on hold - which it didn't say that as I screenshot my purchase) to cancel my order a day before it was meant to arrive. I have no way of now buying elsewhere as the flights (my mum bought me before she died - also known to the owner who personally is the "customer service") is in a few days - I also haven't received an email to say its cancelled or about my refund.
The owner did this to me, a repeat customer of a number of years... I'm so upset I am going to report further- my flight seats were changed to less comfortable seats to accommodate the airlines requirements with the inflatables, and now the owner laughs (literally with emojis) at the discomfort she has put us in.
My heart aches that I once defended this brand when getting slammed elsewhere. The owner is far too overwhelmed, and she is a complete and utter gaslighter, unable to see where she is at fault or how to deal with her websites (constant) "glitches".
It takes a lot of effort to write bad reviews - so even though she thinks anyone complaining is wrong, it'd be helpful for her to one day try take negative feedback well.
Beware if you buy and have a problem- the customer service is NOT healthy!
- oh and she called me derogatory names in posts (that I screenshot) and does teary FB lives where she calls out anyone (with their full name) who writes bad reviews. Obviously, she knows my address- she also let's people know she knows their address (*edit - not subtracting as i have a screenshot that shows the owner telling "Elsie" that the person who (is apparently famous with a Blue Tick) asked for Elsie's address to *fist punch emoji* her for her bad review- owner said "dont worry Elsie, I'll keep your address to myself" - hmmm... doesn't that say something? - and if you really are so friendly with that person who called you a "thief" why couldn't you show the same kindness to myself and the others (I'm now friends with - also people you blocked on IG & FB? ... end edit*) WRITING THIS REVIEW SCARES ME - SO THE FACT SHE HAS MULTIPLE TERRIBLE REVIEWS SHOULD BE A BIG RED FLAG!
The owner needs to hand the customer service reigns to someone without her overwhelmed and abusive ego.

We have had our kooshions for 3 ish years now and they have been invaluable. They expand a childs play area when flying, stop toys from falling under the seat, and also help my legs and feet swell less when flying. Family have been so grateful to be able to borrow them too!

I have purchased multiple times from Kooshy Kids over the years and have never had a problem. The team are helpful and the products are very high quality. We cannot afford business class travel but with these products it feels like it. I like the communication along the way and the orders have always arrived within the timeframe promised, or faster. Always support small businesses. Louisas advice during covid for travel and visa requirements will always be remembered!!

Similar to many other reports, there was a leak when we received the kooshins. We weren’t able to open the package immediately when it arrived and were therefore only able to inflate the pillows a few days after delivery.
As soon as I was able to open the box and inflate them, several days after delivery, I learned that 2 out of 4 of the pillows wouldn’t stay inflated. I emailed them for an exchange or refund. I then learned that I didn’t meet their 48 hour deadline to report issues. They refused to help me. After MANY back and forth exchanges I was only able to get a refund via credit card charge back.
They post all over their website that there is a "lifetime warranty" but if you read the fine print, it effectively doesnt cover anything that isn't reported within 48 hours of receipt (so it's totally worthless).
After talking to numerous parents since my purchase I have been told that the much cheaper versions on Amazon are equal quality but come with a much better return policy. Just go with those and save the hassle!!
Update based on their response: The warranty info was NOT in the product description (my credit card company agreed!). I also was never offered any sort of extension to the deadline and was not sent multiple emails to warn me about this 48 hour timeline. I was already refunded through my credit card company so I don’t need the complimentary patch but it shouldn’t have required that since I received a faulty product from the start.
Finally this claim that it needs to be tested right away because it’s inflatable would be more credible if the words “lifetime warranty” weren’t plastered all over the website.

First purchase from this company and would never purchase from them or recommend to anyone. Worst customer experience, ordered and paid for goods and did not receive. Was told it was lost in transit and simply ‘bad luck’ not getting a refund from them and they refused to deal with Australia Post (apparently it was my problem). Deal with this company at your own risk!

I purchased the little traveller's bundle and received the items stained. They had awful vomit-looking white stains on the cushion that is made for the babies to lay on.
Unfortunately, the items were delivered to my sisters work on Friday and she wasnt back in until the following week, then once I received the items it was already 5 days later which is past their accepted terms to advise of an issue. Due to this we were not given a replacement, rather a $40 credit (which we never received) to buy more things at their store. Half the items are items from Ali-Baba so I don't really want to purchase extra items there.
They also had an offer of a free gift with a purchase over $175, my items cost nearly $200 and when we put the free gift into the cart it was charged, for this reason we removed it cause once again I don't really want to pay $50 for a $5 Ali-baba item.
After numerous emails they were not helpful. I now have some gross stained items that I nearly paid $200 for that I would never want to use.
I would never recommend this company to a friend.
The terms of 48 hours to test an item is appaling especially for busy parents with newborns.

Don't buy this if you live far away (overseas). Their packaging is ridiculous, just a thin plastic bag. After arrival and inflating, there's obviously a leak of air. The support cannot and will not help you. Waste of money and time. If there is a legal way to use it on the plane, I will never know.
