Great service. Useful online chat with easy going and informative staff.
Bought a Supro new amp but the amp was defective. Email Kytary and they managed the courier to pick the amp up and offer to sent me a full refund or any other amp or product. Decided for the same Supro amp model. And after a week it was at my door.

I bought and acoustic 12 string from Kytary, it arrived at my home in Spain within a few days and was in perfect condition. They have some of the best prices on the Internet and definitely yhe best service.i will use them again and thoroughly recommend them. They used GLS as couriers and they were great too.

Great service and friendly customer interaction. The first delivery failed and my purchase was returned which was not the fault of kytary in any way whatsoever. They re-sent my purchase at no further cost to me. Highly recommend this company and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

In general terms, everything OK (good price for the guitar and quick delivery to Spain), but one of strings of the guitar (the 1st and thinnest) arrived broken. That prevents me from giving a 5-star review.

Everything right and delivered on time.
But I would have preferred received it in a box instead a padded envelope, because the box of the product came a bit crushed…
