Ordered 2 items from this company, one was discontinued though it appeared in stock on their website. The other item delivered today was not to my liking and as a consumer with consumer rights I rejected the item. I contacted the company to ask for a refund and have been told I owe a £60 delivery charge. Do not use this company if you change your mind. The fact that the delivery drivers are in the area and NOT making a special delivery and in these times I find a charge like this extortionate. I will never use this company again complete rip-off

We use 2 man delivery service provided by Logistics company. Any failed delivery is charged by them in order to cover cost of fuel, route planning, vehicle space allocation, 2 drivers road time. Delivery service is provided by a small family business.
