Just received my North Face 3 in 1 jacket back with the main zip replaced. Although I have had the jacket for a number of years now, it was in good condition apart from the zip failing. For less than a third of the price of a new coat, LSR have replaced the zip - and what a superb high quality job they have made: it's like new! ...And all done within 4 weeks from receipt of the jacket (when the original quote was 10-11 weeks). I am so pleased with the service provided by LSR and will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Just received my boots back and can't believe how amazing they look. Two pairs of thoroughly trashed La Sportiva Nepals, totally resoled (including midsoles and crampon notches) and looking like they will now outlast me! Can't wait to get out on the mountain in them.

Just got my very expensive Spyder ski jacket back from LSR after being repaired after a washing machine disaster (4 of the bonded pockets had become completely detached).
What a fabulous job they've done stitching them back in, the repairs are pretty much invisible!
Better still, the turnaround was much better than promised (12 days as opposed to 5 weeks) so I have it in time for my ski trip.
I cannot recommend LSR highly enough.

So upset when my favourite Eddie Bauer Down Coat was torn by my Son's puppy. Fortunately an internet search found LSR. Their entire service is outstanding, from the detailed information gathering, informative mails to keep me abreast of progress to the wonderful repair. I can't praise them enough. The repair is so neat that it's difficult to see. Amazing and very grateful.

Superb service! I sent my Ilse Jacobsen raincoat to have its zip slider replaced. The whole process took 1 week and 2 days! This is a fashion rather than an outdoor/technical coat but they were happy to help. The cost was very reasonable- £26 including registered return postage. It is so good to know such a great company exists. It's so important to be able to get things repaired and not just throw away and buy new. I would recommend LSR highly! Great communication about the repair too. Thanks very much😊.

Have used LSR for some time now to repair my Lowa Boots. I’ve two pairs and when one gets knackered get it repaired. They are the go to people for repairs as the other reviews show. Big thanks to them for their service.

Amazing and unrivalled service from this company who resoled my Scarpa walking boots. They've been returned looking like new - and at no cost to me.
It's rare these days to get such a service whether you pay for it or not. I'm delighted, will use them again and will recommend without hesitation.

I recently had my jacket cleaned and reproof by LSR. The jacket is 11 to 12 years old and, although I had it cleaned locally, and have used waterproofing sprays on it, nothing seemed to really work. I sent it to LSR after a phone call. It was returned quite quickly to me and is now waterproof again. It also looks much cleaner, though not all the ingrained stains around the cuffs came out, as I was told they probably would not.nit is the second time I have used LSR. The first was a few years ago for a tent repair. If I had known how good the repair would be and how quickly it was returned to me, I would not have bought a new tent. I was booked in at a campsite and did not expect the tent would be back in time. However I sold the repaired tent, and, telling the buyer it had been repaired, I had to tell her where, as it was so good

Just had my walking boots re-soled incl. mid-sole. Excellent job, returned in half the time they said, friendly service. Thanks guys!

I had a pair of Scarpa boots with the soles worn out. They were repaired as good as new with vibram soles and returned promptly. First class!

My daughter ripped her Northface padded jacket on one of the back panels, LSR replaced the whole panel on the back, WOW!!! What an AMAZING job they have done, you can't even tell which panel has been replaced. Thank you so much. Highly recomended. 5 🌟

I sent a Goretex jacket with a ripped sleeve for repair. The repair was excellent and extremely neatly done.I was very impressed by the quality.

Before sending off my boots for repair I had a very helpful conversation with LSR about exactly what was required. I was told to expect they would not be ready for several weeks due to a high volume of work. LSR emailed when the boots were ready and sent them out on a date that suited me. They look as good as new and I am thrilled that a 26 year old pair of Lady Brashers will give me many more walking years of good service.

Sent my Aku walking shoes to LSR to be re-soled. The customer service was excellent and the shoes were returned well within the time frame I had been advised. The quality of the repair appears excellent and my shoes look almost as good as new. I have worn them half a dozen times since they were repaired and they are going strong. A well worn pair of shoes have been given a new lease of life. Thank you.
