Me and my friends visited lane 7 today. We didn't book in advance, however, they were able to get us in straight away. Friendly staff.

They won't refund you no matter how long in advanced you warn them, they won't even let you adjust numbers of the party if people pull out, won't book with them again.

Lane 7 in Camden….
Service is REALLY SLOW it wasn’t busy at all staff stand around on their phones think most of them are high and spaced out. Nothing is explained to you regarding play dirty you have to work out that you need a card from upstairs they apparently need to help you make a team name and then you go downstairs it’s like self checkout no one is around to help! The games are not good at all nothing like fair game! The staff are really nice helpful and want you to have a good time! At lane 7 they just want you to shut up and go home well that’s the vibe I got

Amazing experience I would recommend coming here to all people.

Great afternoon bowling with help from Olise

At the time of making the enquiries for a surprise birthday booking of darts and Karaoke I had numerous email back and forth trying to organise costs and numbers, once this was finally organised I went to pay the balance only to find out they hadn’t provisionally booked it at all despite telling me they had! So the booking experience was not good at all.

The darts didn’t calculate the score correctly which was very disappointing,

Karaoke was good fun!

On a good note, the Service was really friendly, we were served by Casey a number of times and she was so smiley, friendly and helpful!

Abduli was great so polite and helpful giving us an amazing memorable experience

Went to my very first Lane7 last week in MK.. it was really busy and even though you could tell the team were slightly understaffed, They done a great job and I had a really good experience. Will definitely be going again.

went last night with two friends and really enjoyed it. the two staff members made our experience fun and challenging.. (didn't want to leave)

Love the venue. Definitely feels like what we’ve been missing in MK for some time. Love the neon ascetics too.
Friendly staff and great choice of activities. Will definitely be visiting again.

Bought the ‘All In’ for package in MK but it was definitely not ‘all in’. Most activities were not included, constantly going back and forth to the check in for each activity. Lack of clarity over what we had included and what wasn’t. Staff were somewhat helpful.
The activities themselves are good but did not feel like we did much.
Arcade was half working - you would pay at the machine for it then not to work and get told that you can’t get any money back.
Lack of clear guidelines for first time users at what to do.
