I had a hard time understanding the process after being awarded $100 in food credit. After I sent email they were able to combine both of my emails, allowing me to have one account. I have not used the credit yet, however I am looking for another good experience.

I purchased windows 11 and MS Office suite. When I had emailed questions, customer service responded in a timely manner and helped me all along the way. I gave it 4 stars only because my first product key for office didn’t work but they immediately resolved the problem.

I encountered an issue with my voucher redemption and contacted customer service for assistance. I did not have high hopes that the issue would be resolved but customer service stayed in constant communication with me until it was successfully completed . I truly appreciate the patience, support and positive experience. It gave me confidence to order from Groupon again! A+++

My highest recommendation for this company. I had a minor glitch with the download code, and I contacted their customer service. The problem was fixed within the hour. All went well after that, and the product is great (MS Office 2024).

I purchased MS Office and I had a mishap in the beginning of the installation. I sent an email and even though it was pretty late I got an email in less than half hour and my problem was solved in no time! Excellent customer service!

I bought a a Microsoft office product with them. I was having some trouble and then I spoke to one of their wonderful customer service agents and they helped me uninstall my programs and reinstall, but I had just purchased so that it would work properly never would’ve known that without having contacted them thank you to your wonderful team.

I had trouble loading Microsoft Office Suite. I emailed and received a response quickly. It turns out I needed to repair MS 365, which fixed my problem. The email to download Suite arrived promptly and instructions were easy.

I purchased Microsoft office suite and was a little concerned about getting the link. I was worried maybe it wasn't a real company but when I emailed them they responded right away with the link and it works great. You just don't get this kind of customer service much any more.

This review is for diningdollars.com. At first I didn't notice a 72hr wait time on a Disney certificate. But I was planning to visit the park the next day. I contacted customer support and they rushed the order for me, just in time for my park visit. People might think it's a scam, but it's just another way to save a few percent of you already plan to spend $50 or $100.
