I've written a review last month (June 2025) about how poor Leaders Beckenham is at making administrative mistakes for me as landlord and not really providing me with a *paid* service.

I have spent so much time in highlighting and correcting their errors and then having to go through a load of email exchanges that really shouldn't have happened in the first place. It has actually caused me more time and I might as well have fully managed the admin of the property myself.

Felt I had to review again today, as the manager of Beckenham Leaders emailed me and part of it read:
"We have been paid £0 for the management of your property since the start of the tenancy."

No, that's not factually correct. I have, since only April 2025, paid £695.60 (excluding VAT *and* other regulatory charges on top of this) to Leaders during a course of only 3 months. I sent the account statements that details the charges to the manager in question which were allegedly 'not paid for'...that details a load of payments to Leaders.

Amazing service.

The negative Trust Pilot reviews to date (June 2025) are very accurate.
They clearly reflect a single property landlord experience in late 2024 in the Beckenham area.
Apparently no improvements over the past few months.

I had the most fantastic experience with Rizwan Ali at Leaders Beckenham.

Throughout the whole process of buying my first flat, Riz went above and beyond for me. He responded to the multiple queries I had (on the day), was incredibly communicative, accommodated my tricky request to have a kitchen fitter go to the property to get dimensions (so I could get started on the redesign), and did everything in his power to ensure my purchase got over the line. When Riz was on leave, his colleague Adrian was similarly fantastic, and ensured things kept moving with the purchase.

I was truly supported by Riz at every step along the way, and am so grateful to him for all he did to help me get my dream home.

I cannot sing the praises of Leaders Beckenham more highly!
