I had a terrible experience selling my property due to unreasonable behaviour from the purchaser and their lawyer. There was a total lack of management of the process by my instructed estate agent. I was in a chain where Rizwan Ali (Riz) from Leaders was the agent for the asset I was purchasing. Without his professionalism, calm and kind demeanour and persistence, the sale would simply have collapsed. I built a great rapport with him and Adrian and I am forever indebted to them for helping me get this sale and purchase across the line. I would fully recommend them to anyone selling and I would hire them for my own sales in a heartbeat.

We approached Leaders, Beckenham branch, to sell our flat in July 2024. I was very impressed with the service and support given by Rizwan Ali. Riz was amazing supporting us through the process, regularly keeping us updated and going above and beyond to make it happen.

I rang the office in Beckenham and have the pleasure of speaking with one of the most knowledgeable, professional and experienced staff Molly Lucking who assisted my in finding my rental home. She took the time to listen to my requirements and provided me with additional information that would make my enquiries easier. Just wow! I’m definitely happy that I got her! I have rang other estate agents and they appears to have a rushed response and come across rude, aggressive and disrespectful. Thank God there’s pleasant people still around. Thank you Molly!!
