Great service from Aimee . She was helpful and made the process very simple.

After a very poor previous experience with a different estate agent, poor landlord and a horrendous house, we found a new home with Leaders. Aimee helped us sort everything ready for the move. She was great at keeping in touch with us every step of the way. Super friendly and helpful! It’s made our move across the country worth it for our new home!

Can't thank Natalie enough for going above and beyond for us, we have been experiencing a leak in our bathroom for the past 3 years causing alot of damage. Natalie was put on the case and has been nothing but understanding and helpful giving our bathroom a much needed transformation by Simon Read LTD & Cam who came with professionalism & knowledge completing to a high standard. We really are happy tenants and couldn't have asked for a better property management. Thank you Natalie 😊

Aimee greeted me warmly when I entered the agent's office. She was polite, professional and gave good positive vibes for an office whose portfolio included property rentals and sales.

I have been dealing with them for many years now, lately all my dealings are with Aimee Taylor who is extremely professional, polite and efficient. Avoid these con artists at all costs. 18 months ago I found a property that I was interested in and asked if it had a pre payment meter as this was a huge no for me. I was lied to and spent 18 months failing to sort this with various energy companies. I was not told that the grass outside the maisonette, which was at a 45 degree angle, was my responsibility and classed as a 'garden' even though there was no door to this area. This then resulted in them demanding I mow it (even though it's at an extremely steep angle and there's no storage for a lawn mower). Fast forward 1 year and I advised that due to my dad dying of leukaemia, I would have to relocate to support family. I gave 6 months notice and paid over £400 so it could be re-let. I told Leaders on several occasions I would most likely be going at the end of June. During these months I had Connor messing up viewings, having people turn up at the property that I had to show around myself, and then Amiee demanding I pay rent for the first week of July as they have failed to get a tenant in sooner. I advised months ago I would be gone by the end of June, as well as advertised the place myself on local Facebook groups, completed viewings myself & communicated efficiently. It is not within my remit to accommodate for people failing to do their jobs properly, yet I'm being threatened with legal action because of Leaders' and others' ineptitude. Aimee is also demanding we pay to have new locks fitted as my partner (who's been in the military working away since before my dad even died) cannot return his key. I have completed viewings, advertised locally & done my best to get a new tenant found by the end of June. Leaders have taken £420 of my own money, messed up an already delayed process & then demanded more money from me. This has made my grieving process so much worse as I'm still living through the consequences of what was a very traumatic moment in my life. I don't know how these lot sleep knowing the stress they inflict on people.

My experience with Leaders especially Bromsgrove office was/ is so superb and amazing. There was an issue on termination of tenancy due to change of work and the landlord was not too comfortable and started using delay tactics on deposit despite the recommended cleaning services that did a great work and the house was like the way I moved in. But the landlord was just coming up with different strategies to take larger part of deposit if not all. I started disturbing Leaders since I didn’t really have direct access to the landlord but one Sophie Conway used to attend to me always and I didn’t know how she handle the matter that was almost one month because my thought was that we would resolve this matter in court but took her time to attend to the 2 parties and made sure we resolved amicably. I want to use this medium to categorically appreciate all members of staff in that branch most especially the particular one I mentioned above , I don’t know wether it is acceptable to mention name but permit me as I did. Leaders quickly responded to the mails, calls immediately even with electronic messages whenever they were not in the office at odd hours, with expert advice, consistency, patience and endurance. I want to give kudos to Leaders organization and I promise to continue dealing with them even whenever am ready to buy my own house. Bravo.

Very poor service and there only money grabbers they do not use you they constantly email and go on at tenants also chase people for money that is owed but not in there name

Mark and Kim have been fantastic from statt to finish, guiding me through step by step.
