So first time in a rental property after 30+ years of being an owner. From the very first enquiry at Leaders they have treated me with respect and understanding, they understood my needs and acted fast in responding to my requirements. She has always been welcoming and able to attend to any problems I may have .
Recently I had a problem with a fire alarm that was on permanently.

They have gone ‘above and beyond’ when helping me to find tenants for my property in Solihull and then to guide me through the process of getting the property legally compliant.
