A good company to work with
I have dealt with Leaders letting for some years now and they always proved to be reliable, fair and efficient. Fran Hughes the manager is particularly good and really knows the rental business.

There should be an option to leave 0 stars
There should be an option to leave 0 stars as 1 is far too generous and false for what it's like to deal with this organisation.
Every single member of staff in which we dealt with throughout our tenancy were incompetent, lacked empathy, never accepted accountability but mostly were dishonesty & misleading.
We endured a horrific year under their tenancy management and will confidently say that I will never go through them and have advised everybody who I know to not also, as I wouldn't want another person to endure what we have.
Looking back on our time with them it's actually pretty comical but extremely concerning how they're able to operate like they do - who is regulating them and carrying out quality control?
I absolutely wholeheartedly would advise that you go through another estate agency.
