I would like to commend Lynette. As property manager she is always professional and understanding. If there is ever an issue Lynette is quick to resolve and keep me posted. A really efficient person with excellent communication skills.

Julie has been so supportive throughout our tenancy so far and always replies to my emails in good time and does everything she can to help get any issues sorted for us.

As the first day of my move to Ashley lodge the heating was not working I raised this concern to Viktorija Janusauskaite,and she sent a person to the apartment very quickly nd helped me to sort it out completely..

Rob is very much a man after my own heart in the respect that he enjoys extreme experiences as I do or certainly have done.

Kayaking down the Amazon in torrential rain to name but one ( me that is not Rob although of course he may have done so!)

This means that in the office requests for a service are prefaced by interesting banter which is vital in a good client-service provider environment.

My requests have been dealt with efficiently and promptly and I am sure that such will continue to be the case!

I found the guy I spoke with really helpful! I told him that I was just asking at this stage and not necessarily definitely going to start renting my place out any time soon, but had some questions for him! (It was while he was on a break too), I caught him outside so it was really good of him to treat me like an in office client!

This is why I wanted to give the guy some kudos over this, I could see he was in a rush but made time! Anybody looking for information on renting out a property I recommend speaking with Rob from the Colchester branch!

He was polite and knowledgeable to the point he taught me things I didn’t even know I needed to do first to be able to rent my flat out!

I will absolutely be using Leaders 100%.

Robert Perry at Leaders Colchester has always been very helpful in answering questions on maintenance issues. He resolves the issues quickly and satisfactorily as he has a good knowledge of my property. He is also polite.

Rob Perry is the ideal agent. He keeps us informed of issues or problems, comes up with speedy effective solutions to them and provides wise advice when a decision is being made. He speedy, efficient, trustworthy and reliable. What more could we want in an agent?

Very helpful and a quick and useful reply

Matthew E started our process by taking us to our first and second viewing of our now house answering all the questions we had he was approachable relatable and not a pushy sales person once we had put our offer in he was also great with getting back to us and advising us on our next steps. We are really happy with the service he's provided. And then Chloe A, since the offers been accepted chloe has taken the reigns and has been a super star. She's organised further viewings whenever we needed them and she has again answered all of our questions and has been super helpful when liaising between the sellers and their solicitors. It was the worse experience ever to work with Leaders.
They suck your energy and time, cause a lots of stress, leaves almost nothing for you as they increase they charges constantly and report repairs at the properties.

They do not respect the contract, have no clue what is going on in the properties they manage, the day I said goodbye to them as a landlord was a good day, big relief.

My contract ended on the 16th of June. I was offered a full refund of my deposit. Also I am owed two weeks rent as they asked me to terminate my contract earlier. It is now the 7th of August. I still have not been paid in full
Every time I emailed them, I was given promises that were never fulfilled
10 weeks and counting, they have no respect whatsoever for their tenants

Based on recent changes in UK law and with Leaders being TPO registered - today, Leaders Colchester openly discriminated against us as applicants who have children, when submitting interest towards a lettings property.

The response was, "the landlord can do what they want"......

Leaders will now be reported to the Ombudsman and this review is to recommend for other applicants to be mindful, plus continue to report discrimination faced.

I'd like to say thank's to Leaders...professional, serious and always there.Many thank's to Toby ,he is dedicated and always there to sort problems.Highly recomand Leaders!!!

If we could give a -5 star rating for Leaders Colchester we would .
We were provided with tenants that should never have passed referencing as the “employment contract” was just a piece of paper that stated the tenant could work if they so wish .There was also a catalogue of omissions and misinformation concerning the tenants before the tenancy started.The tenants had never rented before and within eight weeks of moving in have flooded the house …Please avoid Leaders Colchester if you want to save time and extreme expense .Diabolical customer service

The biggest challenge was unavailability of staff on the phone when needed - due to local staff shortages. Usually a call back - prompted by head office - came through within 24 hrs. Once on the phone, staff were efficient, professional and very pleasant and competent.

Taking the property off the market was helpfully suggested by the branch whilst property improvement issues were addressed.
