I had a really positive experience with Callum today. I initially had two viewings arranged, but unfortunately one of the properties was already under offer before I arrived.
Instead of just leaving it there, Callum went out of his way to help and kindly offered to show me another property instead. He was very friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
I really appreciated that he didn’t waste my time and made the effort to find an alternative on the spot. He also gave useful recommendations and made the whole experience feel much more personal and supportive.
