We rented through Leaders for over 10 years, and it was a great experience throughout. They sorted all issues promptly, including complex ones such as a boiler replacement. It is a reliable and modern agency, and we really liked their online reporting system. Carol is a true professional who made our renting experience easy and hassle-free.

Informative viewings
Calum was really informative about what properties were available and had an honest dialogue with me about what I liked and if there were any concerns I had that could go back to the landlord in order to make renting that bit more accessible.

We have been with Leaders for two and a half years , with a very good tenant . Unfortunately the tenant has served notice which is a concern , however Leaders really stepped up in terms of the marketing of our flat . Subsequently Leaders have found replacement tenants who sound very promising, so a huge shout out to Kyle Tavares for expertly managing this transition- many thanks

The Croydon Leaders team 5/5
The Croydon Leaders team have always been extremely helpful in all aspects of managing my property over many years. In particular Kyle Tavares has been fantastic, going the extra mile to resolve some recent issues. He's made things very easy for me, calling to keep me updated, explaining my options and understanding my needs as a remote landlord - all whilst navigating our different time zones. Thank you Kyle!
