Melanie at Faringdon was super helpful from start to finish when it came to viewing the property and moving in. She replied to my questions super quickly and was able to fit me in for a viewing at the last minute.

Many thanks to Melanie from Leaders Faringdon for helping me with the process of renting my current property. I was shifting from Edinburgh and Melanie accommodated an online viewing of the flat in Swindon and followed up with a physical viewing to measure up the place.

The whole process was very easy, completed online and I was kept posted at each step.

I was two weeks from being homeless struggling to get accommodation in Faringdon after being made to relocated due to work. From the moment I saw the property advertised, I knew it was going to be my new home! The decision was made easier by the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I spoke to in the Faringdon branch. As a first time renter I had a lot of questions which were answered with great knowledge and patience. Nothing seems to be too much for this guys! Communication is incredible, they find things out and call you back, you always know where you’re at.
A special mention to Millie and Mel for helping me through the process, you are amazing!

Leaders are manage the flat above ours and we have had problems with their maintenance before, we reported that some ridge tiles had come off in a storm over 3 months ago I am guessing they are waiting until there is massive water damage rather than fixing it early when its a cheap and easy.
