Leaders have recently found a tenant for my flat. Communication was excellent which is really important in this process. Libbi and Natalie were both really professional I would be very happy to use their services again.

They are very responsive to criticism and often are prompt when a complaint is made in resolving it.

Absolutely terrible. Viewed a property to rent, put in an application the next day. Then strung along and tried to convince us to do a no deposit option (because it’s “better for the landlord”) while we had to chase for any updates for 2 weeks. Eventually they said “oh no the landlord has let this with another agency ages ago”. Quentin wasted a lot of our time.

Scammer agency:
Hi , we've called this agency to see the house , we've seen the house , after everything we said we like the house . So landlord accepted everything . They said we have to pay £219 holding deposit because was accepted and we gonna move , so we paid , and after few seconds the lady called me and it says that it hasn't been approved . I'm so dissapointed about that . That they took the money and didn't gave us any house, and they didn't let us before to complete everything that is non refundable deposit . That is a scam . Be careful guys

I used Leaders Kenilworth to let my flat in Kenilworth for the first time and Quentin was great helping me with everything. Firstly he was clear about the potential rental value by showing me similar properties in the area. Taking me through the different management options was very helpful and he was transparent about all costs and fees for listing the property, as well as Leaders' management fees for different levels of service. Quentin also helped me ensure the flat was legally compliant and explained to me what was required to do so before the tennant moved in, and after two weeks a tennant was found.
