We have worked with Leaders in Lowestoft for many years and have found them to be very professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Nicki and Ellie are both fantastic- friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Communication is excellent, and they genuinely care about providing great service to both landlord and tenants. Highly recommended and we look forward to continuing working with them for many more years.

Awful company in Lowestoft ! Moved into a private rented property with no break clause. Reported the problems to manager and was mocked. Very condescending. Water was coming through the windows when it rained…We got the contract unwound after four months of misery. We lost a lot of our belongings to mould. Will not be using Leaders again.

Just want to say how amazing Tiff is as a property manager, always goes above and beyond to help you when needed. Gemma and Josh are great in the lettings teams have always been helpful prior to moving in.
Then if Tiff is ever away then Niki is always happy to helps, such a great team and great office! Thank you all 😊

Got say Nicola meaker is on the ball and always looks after me as a tenant and lovely to talk to , when I report sumink wrong she replies and sorts the problem out quick :) , just in general a lovely lady

I'm incredibly greatful for the support from Leaders for meeting my partners and my own needs, this is our first home and we're very happy and comfortable where we are. The communication has been amazing, I've always been able to get through to someone and always had a reply. Becuase this is my first property, I do ask questions and sometimes they sound like silly questions but it does always get taking seriously and I really appreciate that. What can I say about this amazing estate agent. Gemma especially went over and above. I don’t think you realise just how much this house means to me. I’m so in love and it is going to make such a beautiful family home.

Terrible service and a complete lack of communication.
I’ve had issues with the property I rent for 3 months

Leaders Lowestoft are great everyone very helpful and polite, especially Carole reader who went above and beyond to help me get into my dream home, I moved from London to Lowestoft with my 3 children and dog, so everything was very stressful but Carole made sure that it all went to plan.. I will be forever grateful.. Thank you Carole and thank you leaders lowestoft..!!
