She gets any issues with the properties sorted quickly and always with a sense of humour, something that is missing with most people these days. Leaders have been handling our property portfolio for twenty-six years and we are more than confident in their ability to provide us with genuine tenants . The communication and maintenance problems tenants may have are dealt with by Leaders by either informing us or organising an emergency repair with their contractors. The manager , Carole Reader . is always at the end of a phone to resolve any problems or questions. No complaints from us .

We moved our portfolio over to Leaders in October 2020 and all we can say is how professional Carole and the team have been. Service is exemplary, emails/calls answered promptly and attention to detail regarding paperwork/documentation is second to none. Our only regret is why we didn't move our portfolio over to them earlier. 10 out of 10
