We had a very good experience with this letting agency. Everyone was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process.

A special thank you to Gracie, who was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. She explained every detail clearly and always took the time to help us with any questions we had. Gracie made the whole renting process much easier and less stressful for us.

Great experience with Leaders Northampton Lettings. The move-in process was smooth and well managed.

My experience with leaders was on the whole very good. There were a couple of problems including the grass being matted and uncut. The landlord has since sorted this.
I found all the girls in the office/ on the phone to be very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic experience so far dealing with Leaders Northampton branch. The initial contact and updates from Jolanta and Jasmine as we were starting the process was great and the continued support form our account manager Faith Graham has been excellent. As expected with a new build there has been a few settling issues, however using the online portal to log the issues has been straight forward and Faith has had someone out to rectify any issues in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of renting via Leaders.

My experience with Leaders was great from the time of viewing to moving into our new home.Truly speaking I was very impressed with the support the agents gave to us especially Faith. She explained everything clearly and calmly and very welcoming,I felt free to always go back to her and ask for clarity when I needed it. We start to work with Leaders , the Northampton team, in 2022 as tenants . Lillian found the proper house for us in no time and all the process was smooth and easy.
Every single time she helped us, no matter what issue we had.
So, when we decided to rent out our house in 2025, it was a normal decision to work with Leaders again ... and with Lillian ...

From the very beginning we had exceptional support from Faith at Leaders. She was kind and approachable and answered any queries quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, during the referencing process I experienced a sudden and unexpected bereavement. Once again, Faith showed kindness and compassion that was greatly appreciated at this difficult time.
We have now moved in to our new home and, so far, so good.
