From the moment I met Jolanta, service manager at Leaders Northampton, I found her friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Even taking the time to make friends with my muddy dog. As a first time landlord, Jolanta has helped guide me through this process, answering all my questions no matter how small or silly. She also went over and above for me when I needed it in order to move the tenants in on time, and all this over the Christmas period. I can't rate her and her customer service highly enough.
