I recently used Leaders to arrange a room for me and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. The team at Leaders were incredibly professional and friendly, and made the entire process a breeze.

From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and attentive to my needs. They took the time to ask me about my preferences and requirements, and then set about finding me the perfect room.

What I particularly appreciated about the service was that it was completely tailored to my needs - they didn't try to push me towards any particular option, but instead listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find something that fit the bill.

I was delayed due to my move from London, and their patience and dedication truly went above and beyond. Additionally, I would like to mention that the house was beautifully furnished, and I expressed a strong interest in purchasing some of the items. Although I was informed that the Landlord was not selling them, I later discovered that most of the products were being sold on Facebook. However, I want to make it clear that this does not diminish the high quality of service provided by the Leaders team in Northampton.

I would highly recommend your services to anyone in search of a dedicated and customer-centric team. Your professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are truly commendable.

The whole process was seamless from the viewing to signing of contracts and payment processes. Lillian was so helpful and answered all of my many requests as a first time renter.

Brilliant team, I could not recommend more! Even though I could not move into the property due to a change in my circumstances, I wanted to leave a review and say what my experience with Leaders was.

My experience with Leaders was very fantastic and a very big thank you to all the staff especially with Kristian he was very helpful to me

I moved in on 1 June and am enjoying my new home I was given a welcome package and supported with all cleaning supplies. The room is fully furnished kitchen is clean with all kitchen appliances , what else can I ask for more am glad I chose leaders the stuff are something else,they provide all the necessary support for me when I rich out with them. I have been at the office twice for support I met Lilian, jolanta and another lady, they really helped me out to activate all this standing order thing am really grateful.

We’ve just let our property via Leaders. Jolanta and Lillian have been great throughout the process. Property was let after the second viewing and nothing was too much trouble. Their service and responses have been second to none.

Definitely I will recommend the leaders team. They gave us a professional help with finding the house and moving in. Also we would like to thanks Kristian for being helpful. Quick respond for any enquiries we needed. I’m leaving 5 stars.

Lillian has been perfect from viewing to letting the property to myself the online portal application service is 10/10 given the fact I work nights and are in the next town to me the turn around time to be accepted was so fast couldn’t ask for anything more from this estate agents very happy tenant :):)
