My experience with Leaders Northampton was a brilliant one. I wasnt too experienced with the procedures but they made it easy and straightforward. My first contact with Leaders was Faith G. who conducted the viewings and she was very helpful and clear. In the office I also dealt with Lillian and Jolanta, who were exquisite and professional. Faith has followed my application from start to finish and made it seamless. Overall I would definitely recommend Leaders for their great and competent staff. 5 stars!

This is the first time I have dealt with Leaders and I found them to be extremely efficient.polite and professional, they are very helpful explaining all the steps necessary and and were always helpful. My experience with a NZ Lillian Cull- Simmons was wonderful.
The key exchange was delightful and efficient and I even received a helpful and friendly moving in box from them.

Had a very pleasant experience with Leaders when we moved to Northampton.
Kristian, in particular, was brilliant and helpful at all stages.

Leaders offered very smooth and fast processing, all the process was online and super fast. My experience with Leaders was an outstanding one. Lillian (Lettings Consultant) offered the best service from calling for viewing till the day the keys were offered.

Kristian from Leaders Northampton have been guiding me from the being to find a room in Northampton. I liked service because of the prompt email reply from the agents.

Lovely agency. Very helpful in my experience and we’re always available for my queries. A great first renting experience.

Really Bad experience again.

When we moved in we had lots of issue which they was unable to fix it ( they didn't want, they didn't care at all )

The property was a mess - They was saying that they will do before we move in, but they forced us to sign the contract even earlier and they promise us that everything will be good.

During the tenancy we was without GAS, they did not fix it in time.. We didn't had heat we outside was really cold. We couldn't do any shower...

LIGHT IN BATHROOM wasn't working, they didn't fix it util 1 month after we moved or maybe more...

Carpet was smelling a dog urine...they changed but when we put a bad review ...

Now that we moved out because we really don't like leaders, they are trying to charge us with over 1000£ to clean the house. We cleaned even better the was before. When we moved in the walls was almost black...we cleand, we left everything in perfect for the new people who will be moving in and they still want to charge us because we cleaned...LOL

They said that we had pets. but the true is the people before us they had dog and they put the faul to us.

In my opinion, you should never rent with leaders. THey are really unprofessional , they are trying to get all money from you even if is not your fault. Claiming for things just to get money even if it's all alright.

Never Again.

I had reporting for same help in the property as tenant I received nice support and promise by call from the Alex Eldred, Leaders.

I recently used Leaders and honestly Kristian, the rep that handled our request was really good and helpful. The processes are a bit too much😁but it was worth it and seamless to be fair. And I got a moving in gift. Would recommend anytime!
