Thank you Leaders for our new home! George, Hollie & Rosey were really lovely people to communicate with in getting our tenancy set up. Communication was fantastic and they really allowed for a fast move into our beautiful home in our desired location. There was a lot of reference and paperwork set out, by their third party company which could possibly make it difficult to gain tenancy for those in differing circumstances, but we got through in the end.

I had the most amazing experience in what is a stressful time looking for a new property. Zara was the beautiful young lady that took us round the property. At all times zara was friendly, kind, knowledgeable about the property and made us feel like there is a property out there for us. Despite the property not being appropriate at this time zara was positive and was able to answer any questions or queries we had straight away. I feel I could trust zara she has a lovely disposition and made us feel so relaxed and we found the whole experience with her a positive one the branch is very lucky to have such a bright young lady on the team.

I don't normally write reviews, however the Team at Leaders St Helens and Zara in particular really do deserve my thanks & well earned recognition.

Here's why. Zara is always responsive and professional no matter how difficult the conversation and she works really hard to produce results. When things aren't right they will get highlighted, which in turn makes me a better landlord. She has the foresight to match the tenant with the accommodation which avoids many issues further down the line.

In summary the team at Leaders St Helens and Zara in particular are amongst the best in the business. Whether you're a Landlord or a tenant looking for accommodation, I'd recommend getting in touch with Zara.

Stay well clear of this company they close your energy company account and water accounts and if any credit is on the accounts ask for a refund they scam tenants and landlords and have broken the law on multipul occasions

After viewing a property with leaders and being offered the house, we was then assigned a property consultant. Zara was brilliant with us throughout the process. Zara was always at the other end of the phone, was able to answer any enquires and questions we had. From start to finish we had a fabulous experience with leaders and more importantly Zara.

Five star customer service from my point of view and personal interaction..I was dealt with by one of the agents called zara and it was a easy stress free experience If I had any questions or any issues alway on hand always keeping me in the loop and had everything ready in time from viewing to collecting keys ....even entering the shop to collect the keys both members of staff were very easy to talk to smiley and refreshing thanks again

Zara & Leah has been great help and support in renting out the property, without their support it would have been hard to arrange everything.
