The flat suffered a massive leak which required a total new kitchen. This meant the flat was empty for 3 months with resultant loss of rental income. Sian kept in touch with progress so that she knew immediately the flat was back on the market. This was a life saver as it meant she kept an eye on prospective tenants and was able to secure tenants the very first day it went back on the market. A brilliant result for us.
