I have recently contacted Leaders Sutton branch to obtain a guidance on potential letting. I found Leaders in particularily the branch letting manager Michael very knowledgeable and supportive who clearly knows the local rental market. Michael has quickly explained the changes to the current Rental Rights Act and how to prepare the property for renting. Michael was a true professional and very friendly to communicate with. If you want a reliable agency and trustworthy agent who actually knows its trade and is a hands on letting manager then that would be Michael.

As a landlord, I always confidently rely on Leaders to take care of our properties and responsibilities. Especially with so many changes going on with the market and legislation.
All of the team do a great job but Michael Wilson is always available to offer help and advice and happy to resolve any issues we encounter.

Michael, Sian and the lettings team worked professionally, quickly and efficiently to obtain a good quality tenant for me when my previous tenants gave notice to leave. Sian kept everyone 'in the loop' so all knew what was going on throughout the process. My new tenant has now moved in and everything went smoothly. I walked in to Leaders office to look for a flat for myself and Sian was quick to help find a great place for me that was suitable to my preferences and within my budget, excellent work. All the paperwork and viewings thereafter went through smoothly. Hiccup on the day of the move with the payment should have been communicated to me before the day of the move, and would’ve saved me from a stressful time but otherwise, everything was great and would recommend their service.

Was refreshing to have such a positive experience with Sian while she assisted us to find a tenancy. Sian was professional, friendly and went out of her way to locate suitable properties to match our requirements.

Leaders gave been very helpful and covered all points really well during our recent letting. They were very approachable and communicative, as well as competitive in their pricing. A special me tion to Sian and Emma who were at hand at any time.of the hour.
