Huge thank you to Lewis in the Worcester branch! When I had to move out of a property due to personal circumstances, he ensured I had somewhere to move into right away, that was within my budget and with NDO option.

Lewis has always gone above and beyond to ensure that I’m happy, safe and comfortable with where I live.

He’s an absolute credit to Leaders (Worcester), and if I ever encounter any issues with my property, I know he will always take my call, listen to me and endeavour to resolve the issues.

My second year of renting and my first one put me off it completely with a previous estate agents. However, Kate at Leaders has restored our hope in estate agents. From day one with helping us with our application to us moving in tomorrow Kate has been nothing but amazing, she's communicated with us at every stage ensuring we were updated on any issues, she's answered numerous questions that we've asked both over the phone and email. I couldn't have had a smoother experience thanks to Kate.

Tia who became our property manager has also worked her hardest to ensure everything we needed was done.

Both ladies are always happy when answering the phones regardless of how busy they are, they ensure we are satisfied before hanging up and the communication time has been amazing.

Couldn't have asked for a better pair of people to look after us and our new home. Would recommend Leaders to anyone looking to move in or around Worcester.

I've been with leaders for several years and they have always responded quickly to any minor repairs that needed fixing around the house. They ensure that they inspect the property every six months and that fire and gas alarms are working. Aimee Taylor also helped secure my tenancy when I faced some challenges with the landlord. I appreciate her and her team.

Needing to review rent and adjust tenancy agreement for our tenants, I spoke to Sophie Conway. She was really helpful and considered both our needs and tenants, finding sympathetic ways to approach the situation for our tenants. She offered solutions I would not have thought of, and her response to my queries were always timely and considerate. Could not praise highly enough.

My sincerest gratitude to Tierney (Property Manager). Tierney has been my property manager for 3yrs now and I never had any bad experience with her at all.

I totally have no clue about the technicalities of renting a house in the UK. All I know is, I pay, I keep the house clean and that's it. All other concerns such as maintenance, repairs and legal stuff are definitely not my areas of expertise.

That's where Tierney comes in! Everything I need, any questions I have and all requests I have are all sorted out in a very swift manner.

Tierney has an amazing customer service skills. She always gets things done, the way it should be and she communicates everything very clearly.
