I have recently just rented a house with leaders. And what a privilege it's been. I have been dealing with a lady called Kate who was definitely the most helpful of agent couldn't of done enough for us and extremely helpful over the phone. It was a privilege Dealing with Kate.

I've been renting my property through Leaders for several years, there is definitely room for improvements in some areas, and without doubt the service depends on the individual property manager (based on experience with other agents. Good service by Neil currently, I've been dealing with Neil over the last couple of months.

Leaders agency? More like a complete nightmare! I implore anyone considering their services to run in the opposite direction. Their incompetence is staggering. The second they get their claws into your bank account, it's a never-ending cycle of fees, ludicrous rent increases, and absolute indifference to any issues you might face.

I've been trapped in this squalid excuse for a property for over two years. Whenever I plead for maintenance, it's like begging a brick wall for help. Responses? Actions? Forget it. But wait until it's time to squeeze more money out of you—suddenly, they're all over you with calls, emails, and texts, demanding every last cent for rent hikes that make zero sense.

And their idea of 'maintenance'? Sending over some ancient worker whose idea of a fix is to slap silicon on everything. It's like they're mocking us tenants with their shoddy, half-hearted attempts at repairs. The whole operation is a sham, a disgrace to the very notion of property management. Leaders? More like Losers. Avoid them like the plague unless you fancy living in a dilapidated dump and being treated like nothing more than an ATM.

Aimee has been helpful and understanding during the period when I had no boiler. Her customer service has been great, even giving me courtesy calls to check how we were while waiting for work to be done.
