This was our first time of leasing a car.
The experience has been easy due to the excellent customer service from Harj.
His availability to contact by phone, messages and email was excellent and if he did not have an answer immediately it was with you very soon. No hanging around and no chasing!
The delivery was great and went exactly as planned and we are now enjoying our new car.

Atul dealt with my enquiry regarding the A3 black edition I was impressed throughout the whole process by his professionalism and kindness. From the start to the finish he’s been amazing I can’t put it into words. What an amazing service, I don’t know much about cars and so always worry when speaking to car lease companies and have to sign up to lease agreements - Harj was a breath of fresh air, there was no hard sell, but instead he informed me about the whole process and the car itself - the pros and cons etc. Few businesses like this around, where service and getting me the best (and most cost effective) car for my needs was the priority and not just making a sale. Thank you for the genuine advice - the service from start to finish was amazing - my car is a joy to drive, I love the colour, all the extras and the price!

When everyone else said 6 months for delivery - Harj delivered in less than 2. Not only that but answered every question we had on the way!
