Olivia is great
Olivia is great! Very informative, supportive and quick to email the test results after our hearing assessments.
Only downside was that the results of only one of the four tests could be emailed. This was a technical rather than human issue!

Usual Care and Efficency
Very Professional, Efficient and Caring.
Thank you to all the team at Leightons Opticians Wokingham.
I went in for my regular Contact Lens check with Tim Barrett and an eye test with Sandeep Dhillon.
Tim was professional and efficient, taking care to make sure I was still using the correct lenses and discussing options so I could make an informed decision.
I did mention to him that I had difficulty hearing what he was saying so he spoke to Elenor about checking to see if the issue was due to ear wax. She kindly fitted me into her busy schedule whilst I was there and removed the wax. The difference in my hearing is amazing.

Thank you also to Sandeep who carried out an Ultimate Eye Test. She was professional, very thorough and helpful.

Excellent service
I had my annual eye test. Andrew was amazing, he listened, was thorough in his testing, explained everything in detail and made recommendations. I felt very cared for. The staff at Leighton's Wokingham are always excellent.

Elenor was very knowledgable, concise and quick to get to work. Had fears I wouldn’t be able to get it done due to swelling in my ear however she managed to irrigate as well as microsuction and full hearing restored in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend Elenor, very comforting and explained the procedure fully before starting to put me at ease

Went in for ear wax removal
Went in for ear wax removal. Elenor in Wokingham was very professional and did a great job. I thought I may have needed hearing aids, but after the successful removal of many years of ear wax in both ears, my hearing is greatly improved. It took 2 sessions, but the second appointment was free. Elenor then did a hearing test on both ears and confirmed my hearing was fine. It’s made such a big difference. Should have gone years ago. Very happy.

She just cleared out my 6years problem which I was going through in my ear. Fabulous I will say. I would recommend to everyone whoever is facing problems in ears.
