amazing time . driver nigel was absolutely fantastic

Mostly an excellent tour. Bus driver was very considerate and contributed substantially to the success of the tour. Hotel (Leonardo, Gateshead) mostly good, with pleasant staff, good food and a comfortable room, but the bathroom was in a poor state of repair ... not least of the problems was that the door handle kept on falling off! So one star off for the hotel deficiencies, but overall we were happy with the holiday.

Excellent value and service from Toureasy on our trip to Jersey. Everything was very well organised with local pick up and drop offs. Hard to find a better value holiday.

Nice start to see Josh was our driver as usual he was friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him hotel was good staff helpful friendly and the food was really good

Day Trip to Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens

Lovely day out. Coach was on time. Weather was good. Driver kept us informed and everyone got back on the coach at the designated time to come home.

Firstly a big thank you to Nigel our driver. He was excellent, both entertaining and professional.

The value of the trip was good and the hotel and hotel location was excellent.
Food in the hotel was what I expected, but they do need a decent coffee machine in the reception.
The tribute act was ok. Certainly not a brilliant Neil Diamond, but he did redeem himself with the second half of his act.

Went to Blackpool 27june got on the coach in sarn went uesal pick then went into Bristol which took us out of our way stopped for 45 minutes never stopped again for about 3 hours and he only stopped then because someone on the bus asking him coming bk wasn't much better he only stopped once would definitely think twice about going again especially if it was the same driver and the same route didn't get home until gone 6

The driver of the coach Keith was amazing. Excellent driver as you expect but keep us inform every step of the hole week. The hotel gave good food but we asked to change rooms as it was so nosey and they put us in a room which had a very bad smell. So had to change rooms again which was fine. The hotel was in a good location

Well organised tour, on time, comfortable coach. Hotel was lovely, very clean, staff very good.

We only went for 2 days down to the riviera in Torquay and what a fabulous time we had from the time we got on the bus until we got off , hotel great evening entertainment fabulous and to top it Nigel the driver was brilliant,well done 👍

Driver on time for our pick up. Pleasant man but not overly friendly. We were not able to go to Cowes, so alternative place to visit was chosen for us, which could have been somewhere more pleasant or we could have had more time in Yarmouth. We were not consulted in this matter. Otherwise all good.

The driver was very helpfull . The Hotel room and food excellent .Will certainly book with you in future . Great holiday .

A cheery welcome from our driver, Dwayne who looked very smart and professional. Once everyone was on board our itinerary fir the weekend was explained. Out hotel in Shanklin overlooked the sea and a again we were welcomed by lovely staff. The location was wonderful, the food delicious, the trips great and the sun stayed with us. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our weekend. It went far too quickly.

Very good service from start to finish. All paperwork came through on time and a detailed itinerary of the trip before we went which was really useful. Coach pick up/drop off all on time and exactly as scheduled. Comfortable coach, and everything done to ensure a good trip. Good choice of hotels and excursions and good value for money for the whole holiday (we did a week in Ireland). Would use again and would definitely recommend!

The Cotswolds Safari Park and Gardens was an excellent day out, value for money.

Staff at desk not friendly - more concerned with upgrading people!
We upgraded at booking - carpet in room was stained & had holes in it plus uneven floor. Could not get ice for water unless we purchased a drink!!
Food was mediocre and no healthy options! Check out at 10am was ridiculous as the bus was not leaving Torquay until 6 hours later!
Entertainment ok - drinks at the bar expensive!
Best part was comfortable bus although we had to keep asking for air conditioning on!
Driver Nigel was top class and very professional.

Great trip, great driver, he was helpful, funny and informative.
The hotels were clean and comfortable, with delicious food.
The only negative was the early breakfasts, even on our free day.
