Started the claim, all going well, then had to download documents etc which I thought was strange at that juncture. Decided to claim direct as there were a few of us and asked for claim to be cancelled but no one has closed the claim or messaged me back - Admin need to be more customer service orientated.

Filed the claim in September. Still no answer or resolution from Lennuabi, the support team does not respond to my several letters. Very disappointing, why should anyone waste their time and lose 50% of their claim size for a poitnless service?

I needed to ask updates several times. All process took almost 4 month.

First handling the claim was great. Laiter in progress feedback of situation was not the best. I need contact customer support myself and ask about current information. In the end I get feedback and finnaly also refund. For your cut of the refund I expet little bit better customer support.

It took a while, but it was worth it. I was kept in the loop, and emails were answered quickly. Thanks for the help!

I like that I got the compensation.
I did not like that there was no contact after the offer to receive the quick payment of 1/4 compensation, and the payment was made only after my reminder and questions.

The refund process was very long and confusing. It was unclear how much they charged for their own fees and legal costs. After waiting over a year, I said I would stop using their service because they had not received a refund from the airline, then a few days later I was told they had received the money and would transfer it to me. I think they received the money from the airline much earlier and did not transfer it to me sooner, and maybe they hoped that I had forgotten about this claim and they would not have to transfer it to me.

Took me 6 months and endless amount of emails, asking them, when will they give any feedback. They did answer my emails when I asked something, but they never inform us about the progress.
I did receive the money at last, but from the 2400 eur eligible, we got 1400 eur. So I think it is not worth it.

I had a very concerning experience with this claims company.
I submitted my EU261 compensation claim over a year ago. For many months, I received no updates at all about the status of the claim, despite contacting them several times.
When I eventually asked to cancel the claim and move it to another company, I was told this was no longer possible because the airline had allegedly made a partial payment to them. No details or proof of this payment were provided at the time.
After several more months of silence, I contacted them again. Only then did I finally receive a response and a payment. However, instead of the €1,200 total (€600 per passenger) we were entitled to for a flight over 3,500 km, they paid only €360 in total.
To justify this amount, they quoted the EU article, re-writing the original wording using their own explanation to deceive us and make it look like we did not qualify for €600 per passenger because the delay “does not exceed 4h”. (There is no mention of 4h in the regulation.) This answer directly contradicts Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, which sets compensation at €600 per passenger for long-haul flights once compensation is due. No clear explanation or lawful basis for reducing the amount was ever provided.
Overall, the lack of communication, the refusal to cancel the claim, and the unclear and seemingly incorrect explanation for the reduced payout make it very difficult to trust this service. I would not use them again.
Edit:
In their trustpilot answer they are asking me to reply to their last email to get a detailed explanation. In reality I have already sent them two emails and they haven’t responded. So once again, confusing and non-transparent response. In their trustpilot review they say that there are several factors that could influence a lower payout anyway, so far the only answer I received goes against the Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.
The fees for their contract have nothing to do with the final amount I received. It doesn’t explain how I got from 1200 to 360 euro.
I am also asking for all the communication they exchanged with the airline as part of my GDPR rights, no answer there either.

Easy to fill in the claim and overall a good experience - at some point the communication or updating of the process could have been quicker (at the same time I assume the amount of clients can be quite big). Would use their help again although the fee is quite substantial.
