We had success and we got our compensation for our 8 hours flight delay. The only misunderstanding at the beginning was, that we were informed to get a maximum sum as compensation.At last after was explained, that this depends from the distance.

I filed a complaint through Lennuabi and my complaint was upheld.

Familytrip that was delayed a day!
Our flight was delayed about 10 hours, so we arrived to our destination in the evening and lost almost a day from our family vacation. I submitted request to Lennuabi. The form was rather lengthy, but necessary for the firm to build a lawsuit on our behalf. After a while (be patient!) a positive decision was made and we received compensation. Recommended!

Everything just worked
Everything just worked and I got my ticket refunded. Otherwise would never have been able to achieve this as getting through the bureacracy of airlines is impossible. Good service
