Bereavement flowers - not pleaseant

The flowers were sent by work for a bereavement, this was very thoughtful due to the loss of my partners father and that is the only good point i can say
the driver knocked on the door and when i answered was leaving them down the side of the house, i took the box from the driver and bought them straight inside, this was a white rose and eucalyptus arrangement, the white roses had all brown edges and wilted, the rest of the greenery in the box was also wilted, i have cut them as stated and placed them in the vase on the hope these would 'pick up' knowing full well they were beyond hope, this morning the flowers are exactly the same and such a disappointment at such a sad time
i have now had to tell work thank you for your kind thought but please don't send for anyone else as it is a waste of money and i would hate for anyone else to suffer this experience

OK but not great

First time using Letterbuds so was keen to see how they fared as I was really keen to find a reliable flower delivery service I could use frequently. I ordered a bunch of flowers for a birthday. There was no way of choosing a delivery date on the website but a dispatch by Royal Mail as stated should have arrived right on time, but they sent by next day courier so arrived early. Normally a parcel arriving early is praiseworthy but when it's for an occasion on a specific date it's a bit embarrassing having the recipient asking you what they are for and me having to explain that they were early. An option to choose the dispatch/delivery date would have been handy. Unfortunately the matter was made more confusing by the lack of an enclosed card that I specifically requested and caused a lot of confusion. The flowers were also a bit underwhelming (recipient sent me a photo). The majority of the bunch seemed to be grasses/arrangement filler some of which had broken stems or were beginning to wilt already. And it seems one of the flower species the website stated would be included had been swapped for a less attractive alternative without notifying me. I chose that bunch specifically as it needed to be non-toxic to cats so swapping out flowers without notice, although probably well intended, wasn't ideal. To be fair though from their website they appear to be more of a flower subscription service rather than a florist.

Well 5 stars is a strange rating for…

Well 5 stars is a strange rating for not delivering any flowers for my Aunt BUT it was because Letterbuds was on the ball with our purchase. They communicated with us every step of the way and apologised most profusely when they and us were let down by the delivery company. Refund issued straightaway and a credit for future purchases. Excellent Customer Experience.

Flowers were good but....

No mail received to state item had been delivered, message I wrote to go with flowers only the first line was on the message so the recipient did not know who had sent them.
Flowers were very nice & good quality.

Flowers were worth its price

Flowers were worth its price, but again no notification from the delivery, neither in advance nor post factum. Besides I don't understand why you can't deliver to the building instead of leaving at the concierge.

flowers, what flowers

to date, despite promises that delivery would happen today, it wasn't. No notification or any explanation from Letterbuds. I am fed up with chasing this. Very poor customer service.

Not worth the money!

Flowers were very wilted and despite putting them in water immediately they still are very wilted. Tried to contact company but Link doesn't work. Won't use them again!

Beautiful flowers but website was not easy

This was a purchase through Groupon so can't complain about the £10 off plus free p&p and the flowers that were delivered were really stunning.
However the website was a bit of a nightmare and not easy to navigate but with perseverance I was able to complete the order and plus there was no room for putting a message on the order as they were actually gor a special occasion but nevermind.
