The gym facilities and classes meet our needs
The gym facilities and classes provided closely meet our needs and now that the road has been fixed one of the annoying issues has been resolved.
It is NOT perfect but the on-site manager and staff are engaging and try hard to maintain standards.

I cancelled my membership and provided…
I cancelled my membership (moving from Canterbury) and provided the required month’s notice. I received an acknowledgement email confirming the date my membership would end, yet the gym continued to charge me after that date. Despite providing evidence of the cancellation confirmation, they have refused to refund the money taken. Very disappointing customer service and an unfair experience.

Love the gym
Love the gym. Do not love getting a parking fine when I did put in my reg. I’ve taken it in and been told the college will cancel it but have had a reminder. Cancelled because I can’t have the stress of this happening. Can’t afford fines as well as subs. Staff are lovely, Gym is clean and well set out

To help reassure you, please note that while the parking system is owned by the college, our team actively submits all member details to them, and every ticket reported to us is successfully cancelled. Because the college's system is automated, a reminder letter can occasionally cross in the post while the cancellation is being processed, which typically takes up to 3 weeks.
Our club manager has attempted to reach out to you directly to confirm that your details were forwarded, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to get through. Please rest assured that if you passed your details to our team, the ticket is being taken care of.
